N-400 online filing - 5 year rule document

I will be filing my n-400 soon and was wondering what documents do i need to upload. I have travelled here and there but nothing more than 2-3 weeks outside usa so no issues on the travel aspect 

 

Below is the list i i have

 

1) copy of green card

2) Speeding ticket i got like 10 years ago. it was a  Court Dismissal as the officer did not remember why he wrote the ticket. I will be uploading the ticket and Court dismissal document

 

Do i need to submit Tax Transcripts for 5 year rule filing ?

This is what we uploaded for wife's N-400 under 5 year rule.  It was a piece of cake.

 

5 years Tax transcripts- ( I think under unsolicited evidence)
Proof of my 1st marriage Termination
Proof of Wife's 1st Marriage Termination
Wife's Green Card
Our Marriage Certificate

Somehow I thought you were a citizen already!

 

I submitted 5 years of tax transcripts in addition to marriage cert and copy of GC.

 

Lawyer said it was unnecessary at initial submission, but I insisted. There were no questions about taxes during interview

Thanks. i got my card through employment based so yeah the tax transcripts seems like overkill as they dont seem to specifically ask for them

Evidence of good moral character.  Officer could ask for them.

They do mention them in instructions under Good Moral Character. They do say it's not applicable in every case.

 

To me it was a very low effort to upload these transcripts, so I did it

Same here.  I had been downloading these things once a year for 5 years.  I was going to use them!!!  LOL

If you want to go the minimal route, just start the application online and see what it requires to make you go to the next stage. (That's what I did). If you have the transcripts available, might as well upload them. It's not like they don't have access to them already.

 

Regardless of what you end up doing, bring everything with you to the interview.
