In North Texas, court documents claim as many as 12 people dressed in all black were shooting fireworks towards the Prairieland Detention Center on Friday. At least one person allegedly began to spray graffiti, damaging vehicles and a guard structure in the parking lot, according to court records.

 

Correctional officers called dispatch a few minutes later and two unarmed officers came out to the fence line to attempt to talk to the group of people, according to the documents. That’s when the unsealed complaint alleges a person wearing a green mask in nearby woods began “signaling” to the group with a flashlight.

The Left's obsession with illegal immigration is getting worse, and weirder, as it strains to resist any and all attempts to enforce immigration law.

The immigration raids in and around Los Angeles have resulted in more violent actions from "protesters" and more ridiculous defenses from Democratic politicians.  On the latter front, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) called President Donald Trump "scum" for a raid that resulted in "Kids running from tear gas, crying on the phone because their mother was just taken from the fields."

 

Weirdly, Newsom did not think to find out why nearly a dozen children were out in fields in the hot Camarillo sun in the first place.  Unless the marijuana facility that runs the farm was having a Take Your Child to Work Day, there does not seem to be an innocent explanation available.  Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott claims that all 10 children at the facility were illegal immigrants, that eight of them were unaccompanied, meaning their mothers were not being taken from the fields as Newsom claimed, and that the facility is now being investigated for child labor violations.  [...]

State Department Halts Visas for Gaza Residents After Alarming Influx of Families Coming to U.S.

 

The U.S. Department of State announced Saturday morning that it was stopping a visa program that allowed residents of Gaza to enter the United States for "medical-humanitarian" reasons.  This comes after videos of large groups of Gazans—often decked out in "Palestinian" flags and keffiyehs associated with the terror group Hamas—arriving at airports across the nation began popping up on social media in the last few weeks.
