Trying to get my GF at least her visa

Lots of red flags. Large age difference. Unauthorized work. Why is it unauthorized? Is she on an actual student visa (F1) or did she do a change of status from tourist visa to attend college and can't leave country without having to go to Bogota and get a real F1 issued?

Oh and USCIS does take fraud marriages seriously so think twice before going down that path.

Sorry I meant to say visit her family and be able to return to her life here, she wants to maintain her life in the U.S but have the freedom to go to Colombia and back

She wants to maintain her life in the US,  as in a real loving marriage to you?, or just have a greencard , be single and wander back and forth?

Be careful and think,  being 13 year difference in age can sometimes be a red flag, but if the love truly is not there, USCIS can smell fraud.

Plus you will be responsible for her financially if you do marry then divorce,   just don't get her a greencard cause you feel you at least  need to.

I would be very suspicious of my son dating a woman that many years older. You are still a very young adult and have a lot of life lessons ahead of you. Please be very careful. Don't allow yourself to be pressured to do anything for love if you are not ready.

My 30 year old brother recently married a love of his life, a woman who is 43. The difference is they are both fully grown and mature adults.

Please, don't do anything before you are ready.
