NOA: 12/19/2023

Biometrics reuse notice: 1/4/2024

 

 

My biometrics was in November 2017 for AOS. It will be reused. Saves USCIS funds. How much do they spend on doing the biometrics per applicant. I wonder why we don’t have to take it again?

No. Based on others, the interview letter is sent around 2 months after NOA. However, some lucky folks seem to have gotten it in one month. 

Why are some getting it at 1 month?

I applied for Naturalization under the 5 year rule. But my i751 must also be approved before I can become a citizen.

update timeline 5 years rule - GC from consular processing ( parent of USC)

 

 

filing date (online) : 12/22/23

biometric schedule : 12/27/23 ( just got the letter last week,  its for 1/19/24 appointment) 

 

field office : Los Angeles
