Got the bio metrics reuse notice, which was a surprise given biometrics were done last around 5 years ago for spouse based GC. 

 

Timeline:

Lawyer mailed docs: 12/15/2023

NOA: 12/19/2023

Biometrics reuse notice: 1/4/2024

My biometrics was in November 2017 for AOS. It will be reused. Saves USCIS funds. How much do they spend on doing the biometrics per applicant. I wonder why we don’t have to take it again?

No. Based on others, the interview letter is sent around 2 months after NOA. However, some lucky folks seem to have gotten it in one month.
