What about the one I took at the biometrics? My lawyer did ask for 2 passport size photos. That will be for passport?

No, passport is a separate process to naturalization. Or your lawyer is helping you with getting a passport?

Initially, he did ask for 2 passport size photos. I gave that to him.

It's a courtesy to show you the picture and ask you if you're alright with it. They don't have to do that. If the picture fits the requirements it's fine for them.

I wanted to make sure it was OK with me. I know the drivers office took multiple snaps.

Even they don't have to do that. It's a courtesy, not a must.
