Hi!
Quick question: Applying for citizenship with a ROC pending, should we flag it to USCIS? Sending them over NOA for ROC?
Both of my cases are in MyUSCIS, but wondering if I need to upload NOA for ROC under my N400 application... or as I guess they have access to my whole history with them using my Allien number, there is no need for me to flag it.

No, you do not have to upload your ROC receipt.  I, and a few others, uploaded a letter to request a combo interview.  In my case, USCIS scheduled our I-751 interview and wife's N-400 interview together.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Sounds good. I didn't send them over a letter to request a combo interview, as I was thinking they'll figure out my pending case...

Most of the time they did combo interview but from time to time people reported that they went for n-400 interview but officer can’t adjudicate I-751 because the file is not in field office

People tried to send the letter with hope that USCIS saw and sent 2 files at the same time to field office

I filed N-490 in May and included NOA for I-751- and just got the letter(s) about the combo interview for October 23rd. So they have everything at my fieldoffice.

Why wouldn't you? It doesn't hurt

Thank you guys! Will update my record, uploading NOA for ROC.
Appreciate your input!

My husband sent the USCIS field office a letter requesting a combo interview with the pending I-751 and included copies of everything for both the N-400 and I-751.  It worked.  We have seen many cases where the N-400 interview was held, the applicant passed everything, but then did not get final approval because the I-751 file was lost in a warehouse somewhere.  Good luck!

Last question, and sorry if it sounds stupid, but as everything is online for N400, what address should I use for the letter? my immigration office where I will have the interview or something else?...

Upload the letter digitally in the additional evidence section, I would think.

Upload the letter and also send it to the USCIS field office, address on the N-400 interview notice.
