So I would like to know how I can tell which processing center the case went to . I found online that the three letters before your receipt number usually indicate the office or service center where your case is being processed.

I got IOE which stands for USCIS Electronic Immigration System (ELIS) .

How can I check their processing time since I couldn't find it online ? I found 5 different processing centers but none of them mentions the one I got .

I would really appreciate your help with this . :)

three letters before your receipt number usually indicate the office or service center where your case is being processed. not necessary . it was like that many years ago, but because USCIS migrate to online, depend on ur case u will get IOE and it doesnt mean ur service center

How can I check their processing time since I couldn't find it online ? I found 5 different processing centers but none of them mentions the one I got . bottom line of your receipt letter. i wouldnt pay attention much to that, the processing time only average/estimation. depend on ur case it can be faster or longer than processing time that stated

Check the address on the I797.
But be aware they do move petitions around. For example our NOA1 indicated we were at Nebraska but our approval notice indicated the case was at Vermont.
