The only USCIS form you should send is I-129F.

The I-134 is provided at the interview... "What to send to your fiance once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)" portion of the VJ K-1 guide.

This will be needed in what is called the packet 3 at the embassy state in Argentina.

Once the case is approved at the NVC state and it is sent to the US embassy in Buenos Aires, another packet of evidence will need to be prepared and taken to the embassy prior to the interview.

You can also include Form G-1145 with your I-129F, if you want to receive email notification when USCIS receives your I-129F.  (they will also mail the I-797C)
