Yeah well... I figured I might as well send it to them in the fastest possible way without paying out the ### (I looked at UPS or FedEx overnight delivery services but was not paying $30+ for shipping). USPS was cool about it, although their tracking sucks big mob

The bad thing thing is that I am expecting 2 RFE's for my package.

One for the vaccination supplement and the other for the marriage certificate. I will be expecting a 2 to 3 week delay in the process because of the RFE's, but I think it's worth it to save the $ on the filing fees.

I was only able to get a "copy" and not a "certified copy" for the marriage certificate. Lets see how this goes.

If you mean you sent a photocopy of your marriage certificate you should be fine. On their website USCIS precises that they no longer require original and that copy are fine. But that you should always be ready to send an original if required;

We went a photocopy of our marriage certificate, and if they require the form we paid for it's ready.

Don't worry about that one.

The RFE is more likely to be for the vaccination supplement.

I agree that the most important part is having married and gotten off the AOS. Congratulations by the way! One day you marry and the next is getting you're AOS out the door! If I get an RFE I'm ok with it because I have my wife next to me instead of IM'ing her. Very best of luck to you!

Thanks!!!!!!!

We got married on the 24th and sent out the AOS on the 27th....we weren't wasting any time nor more $ with the price hike. The extra $ we saved is going towards our "real ceremony" marriage next year.

:dance:

mmmmm not sure what I'm going to be, probably an August filer. My case is slightly different as I had to, what they call, "fee-in" in order for the immigration judge to terminate my removal proceedings because of the approved I 360. When I get a receipt from Texas then I send it to the judge , she terminates the case and then I send all the other paperwork ie the I 693, G 325's etc to somewhere or other. Hopefully this can get done in August. Fortunately though I was able to "fee-in " last week, especially as my boyfriend was kind enough to pay for it.
