Looking at the comments for the article, I am dumbfounded by the number of people calling this misinformation. It is not. Misinformation infers that the information is imparted by mistake. There is no mistake here. There is intent, purpose and a definite intention to deceive.

Reminds me of an article in the Guardian, now there are lots of them and as their cultists like this sort of doom and gloom usually they have Comments open.

 

So the story included something about how the top 10% of the population consume a disproportionate amount and if they came down to the world average etc that would make a big difference etc etc.

 

So the Comments were very supportive, and them somebody chimed in and pointed out it was the top 10% of the world population which would include nearly all the US, UK etc population, ie everybody commenting. Now there was one hairshirted person who has not had a car, does not go on holiday etc etc, but the rest?

Makes complete sense.  That eruption was massive, and I agree little covered due to remoteness and it being hard to see.  This is also probably why we are having some significant flooding in many areas.  I know here in MI, we are seeing a wetter than normal Summer.

 

Regardless, this was all lined up for the MSM to shift their narrative from Covid to Climate Change.  I remember being admonished for debating global warming when the Right Reverend Al Gore went to a conference in snow and ice.  I was told you cannot equate climate change and weather, but for some reason this is all we are hearing from the Church of Climate Change.
