You won't get an IL until your PD is current unfortunately.    The B dates mean that NVC will work on your case if your PD is before that date (which yours is), even though there's no immigr

Hello everyone! got my approval for NOA2 in 18 April and waiting for welcome email from NVC, will update here once i get it.

 

Just have few questions, what's the meaning of DQ? and how long does the process usually takes and what are the fees?

March 19, 2022: Submitted I-130
April 19, 2023: I-130 Approved
April 25, 2023: NVC received file and NVC case number assigned
May 31, 2023: Submitted Documents
June 20, 2023: Case complete at NVC
?? ??, 2023: Interview Letter - WAITING.

DQ = Documentarily Qualified. Once you've got your Welcome Letter and paid your fees, about a week later you'll have to submit your DS-260 and upload or send your documents, it then takes about 2-3 weeks to become documentarily qualified (or to receive a request for other documents). The fees will depend on how you're applying.

Just want to share the good news I got DQ'd on our first submission, 04/20. We received 2 emails, one for the change of status of the case and one for the DQ'd.

 

@AhmadHamouda DQ means documentarily qualified, it means NVC have reviewed and accepted all the documents you have provided. The next step is for them to sent the case to the US consulate and schedule interview.

The fee is $445 (AOS: $120 IV processing: $325)
