    Here are some of Q's : Do you have a job lined up? How long did you live in the US (I have lived there previously)?, Who is funding your endeavor? Where are you going to in the US and why that location? What is the connection between your experience and your endeavor? Do you have experience in the field of your endeavor? The interview itself took about 8mins (Q&A plus typing). I spent a total of about 45mins (security, doc submission, waiting) at the embassy. Very efficient!

    Guys, I received my NIW visa today. My case was expedited and so I didn't receive a DQ. My family and I will be relocating in the coming months. I wish you all the best and I will be happy to answer any questions. RickyDarling

    Your PD must be earlier than the Final Action Date for you to get IL. You were able to start the NVC process because your PD was earlier than the Date for Filing. Keep an eye on Final Action Date now..

    You will have to mail in the civil docs to NVC. There is no option to upload for EB cases. My attorneys sent the docs last week. My docs were delivered today to NVC.
