Hi All!   Exciting news as of two minutes ago we were DQ’d.    14 business days exactly, onto the IL.

Unfortunately, you go to the back of the line, so 2 weeks again. I would honestly upload it again just to be sure they have it along with your letter. Also, double and triple check that your country doesn't have different rules about how the expiration date for police certificates.

We got an RFE today because our sponsor put the final signature under the interpreter and not the sponsor (very silly mistake) and I didn't notice it since I was very tired. Just corrected and resubmitted the right version, but under the submission date it still say March 10, which is when I submitted the other one. Is this normal?

I'm not sure if that's normal or not, but the fortunate thing for you is that it seems like a very small mistake that was easily correctable. Hopefully everyone who got an RFE/RFI will get approved soon.

I submitted everything on 14th and still waiting ppl in Visa Journey forum already got there ILs and me and my wife still waiting... also there is no NVC timeframe updates this week (as of yesterday - Monday) which makes me and my wife super uneasy especially waiting so long for our I-130 be approved ( i know there is ppl who are stuck still on that stage and i feel for them really do) and now we are stuck on NVC stage it makes me really depressed and sad and uneasy about this whole waiting...i want is to be with my wife and family 😔 i hate this bureaucracy BS (excuse my language but its super frustrating that we all depend on someone who to tell us if we are allowed fo go and live with our families or not 🤷🏻‍♂️😔) anyway enough RANT i am sorry for all the delays to everyone... REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT ALONE. WE GOT THIS STAY STRONG AND REACH OUT IF YOU FEEL THE SAME WAY I DO. #KindnessMatters 💯🫂💯

I doubled check and what we submitted is valid. We think that the person was confused with the other date listed on the form which is when his passport was issued.

@IRFUN We resubmitted on 3/27/23 with an explanation. We looked at the first page of my husband police report and it has the date of issuance and also the date his passport was issued. I think that whoever reveiwed our case thought his passport issue date was when we got his police report. Hopefully everything goes through this time with my explanation and case inquiry.
