Hi everyone,   We just received our Interview letter. My husband's interview is set for May 25th.

Great news!!! We just got DQ'd last night as well !! Congrats to all who got DQ'd and I wish the best of luck to who is still waiting 🙏

Hi All!   Exciting news as of two minutes ago we were DQ’d.    14 business days exactly, onto the IL.

My husband moved from the country he was originally in when we filed. Once we DQ we requested his case be moved to the country he is living now which doesn't have a big backlog like his home country.

Thanks!! No, it was for Sierra Leone and I have now made the correction to our timeline.

To Whom it Concerns:

 

This case is documentarily complete, which means the NVC has all the documents we requested. Your application is waiting for an interview appointment, where a consular officer will adjudicate it. 

 

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate provides the National Visa Center (NVC) with a list of available appointment dates and times.  We will schedule your case for an interview appointment when an appointment date is available.  We schedule appointments on a first in, first out basis.  After we schedule your appointment, we will forward your case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General

I wish i was having an update congrats on all of those who got DQed i am seriously thinking we are cursed and always getting upon the wrong ppl to look up at our case 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Pray for Us to get update soon

You're not cursed friend. It's just one of those many hiccups in the immigration journey. I pray your DQ comes soon.

So happy for you!  That's what we're waiting on now.....I'm seeing others get their interview letters for Colombia that were DQ'd after us so I'm a little annoyed - I thought NVC schedules in the order of DQ date (or so they say).

Guys I have a confusion. This may sound stupid. What do you mean by

 

A.  FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED PREFERENCE CASES :

 

B.  DATES FOR FILING OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA APPLICATIONS

 

My priority date is Sep 29, 2022 and documentarily qualified. I am waiting for an interview in London. Should I expect to get IL soon? EB2 case

Sometimes I wonder if the various departments lurk in these forums, and ONLY when someone feels utterly defeated, that's when they process the case.  Does anyone else think that?
