Hi, just had my interview a couple of days ago regarding my N400(3 years) and I 751( i751 was approved the next day). I received in RFE because I owe 2021 taxes, I do have a payment plan agreement but it is from a debt collector of irs, they requested a signed agreement from IRS. Should i send the one that i have with the debt collector and receipt of payment because it will take a lot of time to get the one from irs because i will need to call the debt collector to send my info to irs ( will take 30 days for irs to get it) and I only have 20 days to send those info to USCIS.

Please I need advice 🙏

I would do as they requested.  The IRS has a great deal of power.  I'm surprised they use collection agencies.   If you can't get something from the IRS, then send what you can.

I just check today I realized that my balance is Zero . They took my refund from 2022. i’m confused, what should I do now since my balance is zero.

You should contact the IRS and ask them to write a letter for you stating that as of xxxxx in 2023, your balance has been paid off.

Hi thank you for everybody's response, I just received that letter. My N400 was approved I did submit the evidence that they requested but on the letter, it is like I was approved the same day. Why are they even asking for that evidence?  But when I check online for my N400 I don't have any update, that letter was e response from my i751 4AF8E2DD-2E4D-41B8-B9AD-C3929812422C.thumb.jpeg.1f77b40afd866c755499a560f0349eff.jpeg
