So filling out the Fiance Letter Of Intent and was wondering which address to put down.

 

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

<USCIS service center address>                  <------------- This is the address that I'm confused about.

 

i put that one

[USCIS

Attn: I-129F (Box 660151)

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067-8003]

It doesnt need an address. Its filed as part of the whole package. Just write the statement, sign and date, and add it to your package

It doesn't need an address .. it is a statement of intent … Dont get tied up

in the use of the word “letter” like a letter

you would write and then post to someone. It is a simple statement of intent

There are two letters of intent, one from beneficiary and one from petitioner. You sign your own, they sign their own

Yes, two letters

 

You still have an A-number even if you became a citizen. It’s for life so you have to put it in. You can find it on your naturalization or citizenship certificate and also your old GC
