Recently we have got I 485 RFE asking for I 601 wavier for inadmissibility due to fraud and misrepresentation. Can anyone please let me know the 601 Waivers Attorneys.

Set up a consultation with at least 3 immigration attorneys, be it free or nominal charge and you will have a good grasp of who you want to hire….plus see how wildly the fee can vary. Ask your questions and ask if they have done I-601 s at adjustment stage. …usually a much faster and lenient adjudication…so don’t panic.

Include in your search at least at one local attorney ( that deals frequently with the Field Office) .. and absolutely see if you will ever be able to talk directly to attorney you hire or only staff after you pay retainer.

Tackle as much as possible in prepping for issue, disclose details here if you want feedback.
If prior visa / doc submission do DOS FOIA ….and try reading AAO USCIS non precedent decisions for I-601 appealed decisions.

Thank you all. I have around 2 months to submit the RFE. We talked with the attorney's that has applied waivers before, but their main focus is on Employment based Green card. I am in dilemma whether I have to go with specialized attorney of I-601  cases or will the general attorney should be fine. If anyone share the attorney with positive experiences will help me a lot. We will try reach to setup consultation with them. I realized these are complex cases to get approvals.

Am newish on VJ and no real I-601 engagement here. Usual posters just refer the YouTube fellow cause they are fans or others dig into long ago memory threads .

I would try for attorneys who do lots of removal defense and waivers

Thank you this is good suggestion. The attorney I consulted asked me to look for another attorney counsel if 601 doesn't approve and if fall under removal proceedings.

I would find an attorney well versed in waivers.  You're getting one shot at the RFE.
