Whomever is working on Augist 11 must be out of the office or working slow. All the k-1's that I can find marked received that day havent been touched. I'm not sure if that gives me comfort or concern just yet.

I don't think it's time to be worried yet. We are in the middle of the month so, I will be patient. August 19th myself as far as NOA1 is concerned. We are hopeful for a NOA2 in either August or September. Just hang in there. We are literally right there with you checking every day.

NOA2 people, how did you see your NOA2? Text? The website? E-mail?

this seems to be the one that most people use...I should keep trying others until I get the answer that I want to hear haha

I am a bit confused what do i the petitioner have to do now in the process after receiving NOA2. Or is it all on the beneficiary now. I only ask because i might deploy within the next 60 days and dont wanna leave and have something arrive in the mail and then expire and i would have to start the whole process again

Wait for case number which can be sent to you either by mail or email. The best way would be you or your beneficiary send Public Inquiry to NVC at day 30th after your NOA2 to keep updated about your petition and keep doing so for every 15 days o so till you got case number from them. After that, all will be done by your beneficiary in the country when she will have  an interview for K1 visa.

Is there a way to request it by email instead?
