1)  Lawyers cannot speed up the process.

2)  You cannot pick your service center.   Processing times fluctuate all the time.

Why must you start over with the petition process?

Hello, so unfortunetly I need to reapply for my spousal visa from square 1 is it true that the texas service center is faster. And does is there any good lawyers in houston that can get the job done quick. Ive been married for 2 years now and im frustrated

Why do you need to re-apply from square 1?

Lawyer cannot speed up the approval process.

USCIS will decide which service center adjudicates the petition, not you.

"More difficult"?  Not sure what that would mean.  The process is the same but expect to give satisfactory answers when asked why you stopped the first time and why it's different now.  For example, if your withdrawal letter gave a reason, be prepared why that reason isn't grounds for denial now.

Affidavits written by friends and family are not great evidence.

You and your partner will need to work to overcome whatever the issue was that led to the withdrawal.   It is by no means insurmountable, but the CO will want to see that you are now serious about the relationship.

Best luck.

Oh I remember your case. You withdraw and said like she was kind of scamming you or something like that.

So, she doesn’t know? What kind of things did you write it? Did you told something that can hurt her like claim that she was trying to scamming you?

I did write things like that i was soo stupid to do so i regret it so much

Well, I don’t think your case will be easy or fast.

Are you ready to move to his country if he is not approved?

I would cover al the possibilities if I was you.

Did you give a reason for the withdrawal?  If you did, then you need to be ready to explain why those reasons no longer apply.  It's good that you made another visit.  Take this "explaining" very seriously.

Maybe you broke under the stress and hardship of the separation. The fatal blow to long distance romance is infidelity ( imagined or real)…according to almost all USC Petitioners who give up at the last minute.

It’s okay to go through the ups and downs of intense emotion , and everyone here on VJ would gladly offer you suggestions as to how to best state such…if you want to post exactly what you wrote to USCIS…so you can get suggestions on how to best undo each accusation.

It just all doesnt make sense because a USCIS officer had told me to just send in a letter about what happened and that they will just re review the case but that never happened i didnt even recieve an email that it closed i just randomly checked on it last night
