Submitted July 17. Just got ONE RFE for my birth certificate. Apparently my country changed the issuing authority's logo. I'm so angry I want to cry

That’s terrible. Is it a generic message or they specified exactly what happened? How do you know the RFE is caused by the logo?

1 message from NVC in the CEAC inbox:

"Please replace this with an acceptable birth certificate from a correct issuing authority. Please use our Document Finder at https://nvc.state.gov/find for acceptable documents guidelines."

And I kept trying to detect what was wrong with it for a good 30 minutes - until I saw that the super recent birth certificates had a very slight change in the logo stamp. Back to the line, another 9+ weeks I guess, for such a small, small thing.... Was hoping to make it to Christmas :(

I understand that is very upsetting. I’m so sorry you are going through this. Praying you get it fixed and you get DQ next time

It's not actually recent and not just a logo change.  The old agency is no more.  The issuing authority changed to PSA in 2013.

Did you confirm your birth certificate comply with the specifications listed here?

I got a message from them (Part of this document is missing or is difficult to read. Please replace this with a scan that shows the complete text of the document. Please ensure all sides of every page are scanned and visible. Please visit https://nvc.state.gov/scan for further guidance.) I don't know what is wrong with the document, is because the number and letters are out of line? thats the way they do them in Colombia if I go ask for a New one it will be the same, I'm very angry and frustrated

Looks like you need a better scan of the document.  The sides are cropped, and the bottom part is darker and not very readable.  Also, is there nothing at the back?  No stamps or seals?

Yes there is seals and stamps, the back looks good I think the only concern is the front, the pictures I attached

Best to scan the document using a flat scanner.  Make sure to scan both front and back pages, and that the sides are not cropped.
