Will be filing Monday!

Are you all including evidence from the start of marriage or just from greencard interview? I'm assuming they have everything before and that would be so many more pages.

I included everything from the beginning of the marriage.

I think, that's also what they say in the instructions on the USCIS website.

We submitter everything from the date of our marriage. Just included wedding photos and a brief description of what we have been up to since married. But yes we did it from there as rhats what it states.

My package was delivered to USCIS on July 2, 2022. Case was received on July 5, 2022.  Got text message with case number on July 7, 2022. — MSC the longest 😭. Received NOA1 On July 14, 2022 which is dated on July 7, 2022. Let the waiting game begin now

In what order did you all sort the documents? Especially the payment...

I have a cover letter, table of content and THEN the check. I know, you're supposed to put it on top of the application, but I wasn't sure if it's also supposed to be on top of the cover letter, etc.

I'm already worried they won't look that far through the package and reject it 😅

I had the documents in the following order: cashier’s check first, form G-1145, cover letter, form i-751, copy of front and back of green card, and then all the other evidence. I don’t think they’re gonna be that strict. They should look through the documents before sending anything back. I think you’ll be fine

I would put the check on top. We did credit card payment, so our order was Credit Card Payment Authorization, Request for e-notification, cover letter, completed form I-751, copy of front/back of green card, then everything else.

Now it's too late. I've already sent it.

According to USPS tracking, my package got delivered on Saturday.

Waiting for the text message from USCIS now.

But actually, I think for the AOS, I also put cover letter and table of content before the payment. And that worked out just fine. Just not really sure though.

I wouldn't worry about it. Especially if you listed the check on the cover letter/TOC.
