My brother (alien relative) had a child 3 yrs+ ago, and also changed his address, do I need to update his account?

I checked the forms, and it looks like the form only allows change of address for the petitioner (me). https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/addressChange.do

I also couldn't find any forms to update he had a son about 3 years ago.

 

Do I need to update his file at all? If so, it looks like I may have to call in or find the correct form? Thank you all in advance!

If this is in regards to an I-130 you filed for your brother, then there is nothing to update.

 

Once the I-130 is approved and NVC opens his case file online (about a year before his PD becomes current), he will update all the information via the DS-260.

in general you don't need to do anything for your brother.
Address change is targeted for aliens, non USCs. Your brother needs to change the address either through that link or mailing.

You need to mail i865 if you changed the address.

Thank you @arken, since the link only allows change for US address, I'm assuming I won't have to do anything for my brother, it is for US citizens only. So in all, I don't need to update anything for the 2 mentioned reasons.

Correct, this is in regards to the I-130 -- got it, no need to update until 1 yr before his Priority Date becomes current. Thank you!

It could be 1 yr or just 3 months before PD becomes current, only after NVC allows DS260 to be submitted online.

Do not know when you filed but with PI he is likely to have grandchildren before this is an issue
