Correct, this is in regards to the I-130 -- got it, no need to update until 1 yr before his Priority Date becomes current. Thank you!

Thank you @arken, since the link only allows change for US address, I'm assuming I won't have to do anything for my brother, it is for US citizens only. So in all, I don't need to update anything for the 2 mentioned reasons. Thank you @powerpuff for moving the post to the correct location.

I checked the forms, and it looks like the form only allows change of address for the petitioner (me). https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/addressChange.do I also couldn't find any forms to update he had a son about 3 years ago. Do I need to update his file at all? If so, it looks like I may have to call in or find the correct form? Thank you all in advance!
