I have spoken with one of VJ's immigration consultants and I have been told that the principal immigrant on each of the i-864 should be the one for whom I'm applying the i-485. Also, I SHOULDN'T be listing the two kids as family members under Family member 1 and Family member 2 and leave them blank. He has pointed me to the following sentence underlined in RED below. The way I understood is both of my wife's kids are on the same I-129F petition and weren't on separate "visa" petitions and also if the sentence referring to separate i-485's being filed for the kids separately then the word "visa" shouldn't apply to i-485 as they are referred to as permanent resident card and NOT a permanent resident visa. Is my understanding right? Let me know what you think.

Your understanding is correct, your consultant's not so much. The kids are not under separate visa petitions.

No you don’t need to fill it or attach anything, it’s not applicable to you. I-131 is used for many others such as asylum etc, so that’s why they ask for that

Ok great! So, the advance parole would be good for multiple entry or single entry?

While filling the household size on i-864 should I enter "0" for my spouse in line number #3 as she is already counted in line number# 1? Also, I have two partially dependent children from my previous marriage so I entered in the line number# 4. Is that correct?

I have no one listed under the lines 8 to 17 so which option I need to select either 21 or 22. I think 22 but it says that they have "no accompanying dependents" but my wife has accompanying dependents i.e her son & daughter. Also, I don't have to fill up i-864A, right?

If the child is a minor can my wife sign at "Applicant's Signature" on the forms I-485, I-131, I-864 petitions?

Does the kids of my wife fall under "derivative applicant" in the form I-485 and I need to enter the details of my wife here?

Yes, 0 for spouse as you have already included her in item 1. And yes enter 2 for dependent children, that should bring your household size to 6

You select neither, you’re not counting anyone else’s income

My wife has a flat in her town in Ukraine so should I have to include that here for the principal immigrant real estate holdings?

i-864 real estate.JPG

it says “optional” in brackets so I wouldn’t bother to fill that in

How many passport size photos do I need if I'm applying for 485, 765, 131, 864?

six for each applicant. No passport photos for I-864

sorry don’t know answers to other questions as I have not dealt with K2 and AOS for minors
