What should I fill in the 3rd box here for the eligibility criteria part 27 on I-765 form? C9 is what I have to fill but I'm confused what I need to enter the in the last box. Leave it empty or put "NA" or "-"?

I have been told that I have to fill separate I-864 forms for my wife and her two kids. In my wife's i-864 application I have entered her as the principal immigrant and her kids as family member 1 and family member 2. Now, for her son's i-864 do I need to enter his information as the principal immigrant and his mother and sister as family member 1 and 2? It is not making sense to me to do so as the kids are minors and they are tagging along with their mother so wondering how can they be principal immigrant. What is the right thing to do?

This is right.

Make a copy of this completed and signed i864 and include in each kid's i485 package.

I have spoken with one of VJ's immigration consultants and I have been told that the principal immigrant on each of the i-864 should be the one for whom I'm applying the i-485. Also, I SHOULDN'T be listing the two kids as family members under Family member 1 and Family member 2 and leave them blank. He has pointed me to the following sentence underlined in RED below. The way I understood is both of my wife's kids are on the same I-129F petition and weren't on separate "visa" petitions and also if the sentence referring to separate i-485's being filed for the kids separately then the word "visa" shouldn't apply to i-485 as they are referred to as permanent resident card and NOT a permanent resident visa. Is my understanding right? Let me know what you think.

I shouldn't be touching this part and leave them blank including the page numbers, right? I understand that this has to be done during the interview.

My wife landed in New York and the immigration was done there and had a connecting flight to Atlanta so do I need to mention Atlanta or New York here in the form i-765?

While filling up the i-131 form I ran into this section attached. Do I need to fill it? If I don't have to fill then the USCIS normally provide multiple entry parole visa or single entry? If I have to fill it do I need to provide the reasons why the applicant needs an advance parole? I'm referring to the text underlined in RED in the attachment. I tried to look through the instructions but couldn't figure out.

No you don’t need to fill it or attach anything, it’s not applicable to you. I-131 is used for many others such as asylum etc, so that’s why they ask for that
