Thanks much but the referred post is from 2010 so in these 12 years don't know if they apply now.

Well the thread is 27 pages and the last page is from 2021. Maybe read through it starting at the last page? And you can always post asking for confirmation the advice you are looking at is still valid. 

 

Also I didn't just randomly pull the thread from thin air. It's linked in the guides as a resource for k2.
