Hi everyone. I apply k1 visa for my fiancé and got Noa1 on July 21 2022 but still waiting. Watching a lot of people got approved but me. A little frustrating but I don’t know what to do. I just wanna ask is there anybody got divorced before and now apply for k1 visa? I think it may be the reason my case take longer. 😞😞

My fiance and I have both been divorced and that didn't seem to slow our approval. It's a waiting game, give it a bit more time.

I understand your frustration. Our case number is 105029 and the 10 cases before AND after ours have all been processed allready while ours still just has case received JUL 2022. I dont know what the issue is but the anxiety is really through the roof.

Hello everyone!  Question about upcoming NVC documentation:  Following NOA2, has anyone received NVC documents regarding their case number, and if so, about how many weeks between NOA2 and NVC documents?

NVC documents ? Most applicants get their case number with the public inquiry ,  and NVC will only email you once they ship your petition to the beneficiary embassy

Hello, everyone, my case was finally approved today after 400+ days and RFIE. I wish all the best for everyone who is still waiting for NOA2 or already moved for waiting in NVC. We will do it!

RFE: Apart my handwritten cover letter I've sent my bank account papers that I've wired money to my fiance, 12 (twelve!) letters from my friends and family, our hotel papers from our trip, 20 photos from 3 years period and 10 screenshots from Whatsapp of our conversations from difrerent periods dated from 2019.

I'm extremly happy, but have no idea what to do next :)

Congratulations! Your case is now going to NVC and you'll be assigned a case number then it will be forwarded to the embassy.

There's a thread for it but it's empty, maybe you can be the first. But you can check the August, July, June and other previous threads like that to have more insights.
