We submitted June 26th, and got an RFE tonight for a clearer copy of his police clearance. All other docs' statuses said "accepted".

So does this type of document rescan also fall into the long wait back in the line?

Unfortunately yes ! Have to wait again

Resubmitted (for the third time) June 25. Received DQ email today (yayyyy!!) Although when I login now it says our police certificate is missing, but it was submitted originally in Aug '21 and accepted. It does say expired on the cert as they are only valid for 3 months (not sure why they didn't ask us to resubmit that the other times we were rejected.) When I am logged in, there is a message saying everything is approved. Anyone else experience this? I read on another thread that this often resolves itself in a few days. I really don't want to resubmit anything and go to the back of the line again.
