She cheated / want to withdraw case / will she find out?

Thank you for all the great advice, I prepared the letter today and sent it to the California Processing Center. I will have a talk with the woman in my home country. I guess the best revenge and reward is that she can't come to the U.S. using my resources and the reward is that I found out about her infidelity before it was too late. I have hard proof that she was cheating on me and it wasn't just hearsay, I know better than to trust gossip. She was an opportunist and I took the bait, but it didn't last long. Also, I found out that the status page does get updated with the withdrawal notice. Here's an example in case you're wondering, thanks again and best of luck on your journey.

Am glad you have made your decision and wish you healing and better fortune ahead. The withdrawal of I-129 F , unfortunately is not always updated on USCIS website  ( screenshot is for an I-129 ) ..noting this from my work experience…but it does have the intended result.

As long as you're 100% sure of your decision and 100% sure she did what you're accusing her of - then yes, withdraw the petition.

You'd be surprised by how many cases we see here on VJ regularly by people who withdrew petitions before knowing all the facts, and then regrets it and tries to undo the withdrawal..

I would try not to think of it as "getting revenge" or "getting back at her". Tell her you withdrew the application, tell her why and let that be the end of it.

She has already stolen time from you, so why would you volunteer to give her more? I don't know how old you are, but I am 56, I have wasted enough time in my life on unnecessary drama and I am going to protect the time I have left from those who wish to steal it from me.

Hey I have seen this happen on FB and people got back together. Don't withdraw it yet. You two need to talk first and then end it if its wat you want. Withdrawing the petition out of spite might lead to some regret. If you heard it from family members confront her with the proof and hear her side too. You might be surprised but going silent and withdrawing the petition to get back at her doesn't seem like the best idea. Just my opinion
