No updates yet. It's been close to a month. Wonder why its taking so long.

Also, does anyone happen to know what will happen if beneficiaries do not attest to the tuberculosis screening within 90 days of arrival? Will this somehow impact them negatively? Just curious.

I am wondering what proof of residency did am I able to get for DMV/bank being a U4U benificiary and living at my sponsor's home. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

In Maine they have a form from BMV that will allow your sponsor and 1 or 2 other people that know you live there to attest to this fact.

Does anyone know what opportunities there are for adjustment of status for paroled individuals? Could they apply for asylum? Could they apply for a work visa? What exactly is the process there (since they probably wouldn’t be working through an embassy)?

Asylum would very much depend on their individual circumstances, lets say they fled Crimea I could see a case. Well I assume we are discusiing being able to ge a GC through asylum, anybody can apply.

Generally with a few limited exceptions an Employer would apply for a work based benefit

Marriage is the obvious route for adjustment

It is dependent on you income and assets. From what I understand they go off 150% of poverty guideline. This would be your family size plus all beneficiaries you are sponsoring.

Ok so I have some concerns.
Travel Extensions have been requested for my beneficiaries, but only one has received an extension.
One which is of main concern expires 22-12, and I have applied for the extension 3-4 times with no reply.

Anyone have any advise?

Thanks in advance

I've received approval for 7 people. Then I filed for 5 more in October and never received any response from USCIS. However, there is no official limit, which confirmed by the USCIS person during my phone call.

Hi

I am in the process of completing the I-765 for my wife's daughter.  The husband has returned to Ukraine on an emergency and I have reapplied for his 4U4 approval.  I need to get my wife's daughter and two children social security cards.

My question is the process for obtaining a SSN for a minor the same as for the adult?  That is, do I need to file a I-765 for the children (4 years and 9 months) even thought obviously they are not going to work OR are the minor children covered in the daughter's I-765?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks!

Harry

Where exactly do I mail the I-912 and I-765?  The I-912 says see the Where to File Section on the form you are requesting a waiver and the I-765 instructions say see the website.  If you go to the I-765 link it does not give a physical address only File On Line option.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks!

Harry
