  1. I will ask them. And i will file for them . Hope it will work. Thanks again
  2. Thanks for a quick answer. So if a person is divorced and cannot go home because their home is close to the front line. Plus the person carries the citizenship only of one country- Ukraine. They do have a permission to work in Czech republic ... just cannot go home. What criteria do they meet? If i remember correctly the USCIS site said that it does not matter where the people are at the moment. Am I wrong?
  3. One more... Hi guys. In October i took in to my house two refugees from Ukraine,.. and they are doing fine. I would like to sponsor two more people in the short future as my income situation is allowing me to do that. The story of those two people is . They live in Czech republic. The mother has a Ukrainian passport but the 10 year old child from a previous marriage has a Bulgarian passport. I wonder how would that impact the procedure? Or if it would effect it at all? I would appreciate any thoughts from all of you. Thanks
  4. Hi Guys. My benefitiaries coming next week Tuessday. Everythihng in place eccept the 14 year old not vaccinated. There is no vaccine available eccept J&J. And doctors will not administer to anyone under 18. Not sure what is going to come of that, They are leaving Kiev onthe train 24th and flying out of Warsaw in the afternoon on 25th, I hope everything will go smooth.
  5. I read the same thing nad told my beneficiaries ti get vaccinated ( Just In Case)
  6. I wonder if anyone's POA was O'Hare Chicago with U4U? Just would like to hear the experience at that POA.
  7. Just got a call... they were able to book a Intervity train seats directly to Warsaw. and plane is 6 hours later. I would be nervous with small window like that. Once on the plane it is a nonstop to Chocago.
  8. They got their travel authorization. Were in doctors office today. Mom got J&J vaccine. The 14 year old will get a first shot of Pfiser in ukraine and get the second in the States. strange that doctor suggested a different vaccine for the child. Time is of essense they are leaving on 25th and there has to be a 14 day window after vaccine. Everything is begining to move very fast. At least it seems like it does.
  9. Hi guys. My friends are arriving on the 25th in US. Geeting a bit nervous and trying not to miss anything. They are asking me about Covid-10 vaccene, They are not vaccinated at this time. WHat should they expect at the point of entry? Or what steps should they take while still in Ukraine? Thanks. One more thing. Buying train tickets from Kyiv to Warsaw is next to impossible. They live in Vinnitsa. Are busses as rekiable as the trains? Thanks Again
  10. I ended up Calling LOT and asking them about the discount. The lady i talked to did not know if they would extand the 15% discount past Sept 30th, I still got the tickets from them as it is the only non stop flight available from WAW. The only question i have to figure out is the Tuberculesis atestation they have to do and Covid- vaccine rules to get on the plane in Warsaw.
  11. LOT gives 15% discount to the refugies but only till Sept 30th. Lufthansya is cheaper.
  12. Wow... did not know that. I will call them for sure. That the only Non Stop flight for them.
  13. You were correct!!! Soon as they looked in to an email the travel authorization was there. With a deadline date of Dec 1st 2022. So getting ready and lookiing for the best place to fly out from. LOT has raised their prices. 800.00 vs 400 from others,. I wonder why.....?
  14. Well. The I134 was sent in on the 31st. So it makes three days. Just waiting for the benefisiary to come home and get in to the email.
