Any success? From what I've seen it's a one-time thing, which I wish they would have specified somewhere. It's somewhat unfair because the U4Us that stayed the full 2 years are now able to apply for re-parole, but those that left for urgent reasons are out of luck.

I want to provide an update about the status of our case. I filed the I-134A for 3 of my beneficiaries (1 adult, 2 children) in mid 2022 and it was approved, and then they were approved for travel authorization by CBP. They stayed here about half a year and went back to Ukraine. Fast forward to mid-2023, we tried to apply for them to come back here again after visiting family (there was a death of family member). I filed the I-134A for the same 3 beneficiaries, which was approved about a month later. We then sent a request for travel authorization to CBP. This request was rejected for all three beneficiaries. I suspect that the reason for the rejection is that you can only be paroled into the US under the U4U program once. What I'm wondering is what the next steps are. I know that they were eligible to file the I131 for an Advance Parole document based on their 2 year U4U parole when they were inside of the US. However, are they still eligible to file for the I131 based on that 2 year Parole while in the Ukraine?

Hey everyone. Any recent timelines for U4U applications? Our CBP Travel Authorization was submitted over a week ago and we still heard nothing. The 1-134A sponsor request took just over 3 weeks.

Hi everyone! So my U4U parolees were here for roughly 6 months and they want to go back to Ukraine to visit family for some time. Is there anything that will prevent us from filling out the U4U documents again and getting them a new 2 year U4U parole? They're thinking of coming back in a month. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

I-765 Work Authorization was approved the next day after my U4U beneficiaries biometrics appointment. Impressive compared to other visa categories...

I think that technically I was. My beneficiaries' father died, which I believe makes their travel eligible for "humanitarian reasons".

Hi all, I petitioned for my beneficiaries to get travel documents by filling out the I-131s for them and including the fee waiver I-912. The petitions were rejected because apparently the fee waiver does not work on the I-131s unless they are out of the country and are applying for a humanitarian parole. From my understanding, you can petition for I-131s for U4U beneficiaries, but they have to pay the $500+ fee per petition.

No updates yet. It's been close to a month. Wonder why its taking so long. Also, does anyone happen to know what will happen if beneficiaries do not attest to the tuberculosis screening within 90 days of arrival? Will this somehow impact them negatively? Just curious.

Just resent the package back in. The I-912 is now based on receiving means-tested benefits. I attached copies of forms showing their approval for benefits. In addition, my beneficiaries' father passed away recently, so I am attempting to use that as a reason to expedite and add justification for applying for the I-131 for the beneficiaries. We will see how this goes. Hoping for the best.

I have an update. I sent in the package with the I-765 and I-131 together with an I-912. The I-765 was accepted and biometrics was scheduled. The I-131 were kicked back because of "lack of appropriate fees". My beneficiaries now were approved and are receiving SNAP and other benefits. Do you think it's worth it to try to mail the package in with updated supporting documents for the I-912? I'm confused as to why the I-912 worked for the I-765 but NOT the I-131.

Any advice on where to mail a I131/I765 package for U4U parolees? I'm reading that I765 should be mailed to where the other forms are going, if being mailed together. That means I should mail it to the I131 address. Do you all think that the attestations have to be completed before applying for EAD?

They recently arrived here so it will be a few weeks until the get their benefits. I was thinking of doing option 2 and adding a justification document saying that no income tax return is available yet, etc. Maybe I should do both 2 and 3?

Very nice timeline in your signature. For the I-912s for your beneficiaries, what are you selecting as the justification? Is it only the "below 150 percent poverty level" option? If so, what documentation are you submitting to substantiate the response? Also why not try to apply for Advance Parole?

Are U4U Parolees eligible to get a fee waiver for their I-131 Advance Parole Document?

For the tub attestation online, do you need to submit documents to substantiate your response?

Thank you. The only reason why I suspected that it may be an issue is that because the old passport number (from expired passport) is on the Travel Document that USCIS issued.

Hi. Thank you for your response. Are you saying that the family should go ahead and plan travel and take both the 1) old passport and 2) the new passport? The old passport is officially expired, but the Ukraine authorities did handwrite in it that it is extended for another number of years. This handwritten note is also accompanied by an official stamp. I suggested to my brother that this may not work, and that it would be better to get an official unexpired passport with a valid date on the biographic page. The new passport came with a different passport number, which was unexpected.

Hi all, I need some advice. I applied for the U4U for a family, and one of their children had their Ukraine passport renewed after the travel document was issued, and they did not enter the US yet. The current passport has a new passport number. Should I start the process over for the child and submit everything again with the new passport number? The child is age 5.

It can take a few days. I created 1 account for a family of 4. The account owner was approved very fast, followed by everyone else some hours later.

I am in the same exact situation! 7/10: Filed I-134 for 4 individuals (family), 2 adults and 2 children. 7/12: Approved for 2 children 7/13: Approved for 2 adults Since then, waiting on the email to create USCIS account...

How did you create the USCIS account? Did they email you a link? Our I-134 was approved about 4 days ago, beneficiary was notified of the approval, but still did not receive a link to create an account. Can we create the account ourselves?

Do RFEs for I-485 usually come before or after biometrics?
