It would help if you could elaborate a bit...

Is the person who has a disability the petitioner or the beneficiary?

No one is forced to find a job, but the petitioner will have to show sufficient income to sponsor the beneficiary, or find a joint sponsor with sufficient income.

are u the USC or immigrant?

Are u getting disability (short term or long term)?

do u get SSI?

Can you sponsor if you are on disability?

The same goes for disability – you are allowed to collect disability and still be a sponsor.May 7, 2020

I’m the USC but I also have a disability that happened last year in June(female). I can do the small things now but I would rather bring him him here. And yes I can sponsor him.

Write what letter?

u need to read the guides for the K1 visa

meaning u need to have met in person within the last 2 years

u will need to have the documents ready to submit the K1 application

and then for the interview u will need to send him a I 134 and income documents to show u can support him till he gets his green card (taking anywhere from a year to 2 years ) so he can't work to help with monies

meanwhile can u afford to pay for health care insurance for him?

can u afford to pay the $1225 for the AOS after marriage?

there's a lot to know when dating and deciding to marry a foreigner

most African countries like the one i went thru are high fraud so u need proofs of qualitity time spent together to pass an interview

that means a lot of tips to Africa or long visits / i did 5 trips and spent 6 months in morocco for an example

Please read the guides. It can be a complicated but manageable process. Just keep in mind that you and your mother (co-sponsor) can be liable to support your intended partner if things don't work out. Not trying to offend you but too many people enter this process with eyes wide shut. Good luck...

Finally done...
