I suggest he return to the US and establish your household to wait out the process.

It could easily be another year before your visa is issued.   Remaining outside the US that long would bring his residency into question, imo.

what is the purpose of this? They will know your entire history (and your spouses) no matter where you apply from. They do not like people consulate shopping.

Separation is a normal part of the immigration process.  No one wants to be separated, but it is sometimes necessary.  The immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and money.  A failure of ANY of those can lead to problems.

I am not hiding my history 

 

I want to get an appointment as fast as possible. In my birth country is 370 days, but in others is 12.

It is not impossible you will be issued with a B but highly unlikely.

 

Did not realise appointments could be had in 12 days, you would need to ask that Consulate if they will interview you.
