I had my biometrics done on Tuesday. I originally tried to do a walk in on Monday, but they pulled me into a room and informed me that they couldn't due to being short staffed that day. "Under normal circumstances, we would have allowed for it." Got an email yesterday with "We have taken action against your case". I checked online and it said Biometrics was done on the 5th. The old USCIS tracker site now recognizes my case number also. Now it's a real waiting game.

Ugh.. it's been 9 business days since my package was delivered to the AZ PO box (5/25) and I filled out the G-1145 but no text or email yet. My check wasn't cashed either.

Is anybody else in this situation? How long before I should resubmit my package?

Don't resubmit until you receive your package back in your mailbox. If it does get rejected there will be a paper inside letting you know WHY it was rejected, you don't want to send another package with the same issue that will just get rejected too.

There's still a chance they will accept your application, so just wait.

Just got my biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

Appointment is on the 18th of June.

Wondering if online you had a status changed to "scheduled for biometrics" before receiving the letter?

I see, I am now worried that the biometric appointment got lost in the mail? Been over 3 weeks since 797 but no word on biometrics, no text, no email or mail and status still shows "we've received your application".

Whats the best way to check the issue? on the e-request it said I have to wait until 30 days go by.

Some people receive bio appointments quickly......some receive them later.....Personally, I wouldn't worry yet.....

yeah I guess so, been tracking cases with exact same timeline, so far all received Bio.  I had mine taken in March 2018, wondering if they will use the same, but no notification on that as well.

There's still people who filed 10-12 months ago who haven't had their biometrics taken yet. USCIS have no use for your biometrics until they actually pick up your case to process it, so there's no rush whatsoever with having your biometrics done as the ROC process likely will be pretty lengthy.

Yeah, I was hoping to get the notice as soon as 1 week. Many people got theirs within 2 weeks. Have travel plans and wouldn't want to receive while abroad.

Hi all, we received this "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" notice on the USCIS "my account" dashboard. What does this mean....? That the biometrics appointment isn't necessary?

For context, we previously did biometrics and an interview during the I-485/I-130 process (married on a tourist visa). Thanks!

Fingerprint Review Was Completed

As of June 04, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXX, at our location.
