I didn't get a text message, but I went on the https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do website and put in my case number.

You checked it on your own. No notification from them. This is not good. 
 

Im in the last week of march. It’s hard to predict because it’s random process.

Yea February is the main focus now. But according to all the data since January is now at 60% they should start to switch the January processing to March fairly soon. The last 20% of January will run through May to meet the “16.5 Month 80%” processing time. It will be a slow trickle into March but they should start sporadically approving cases in no particular order, just as has been the pattern last couple months
