Wow. For us, its been:

1/17/22 - I-130 NOA1

And the new "Processing Time" tab reads: Your case is taking longer than expected to process.

In the lawfully app 6 cases with priority dates Jan 4 - Feb 1 2022 have been approved in the last 30 days.  It doesn't seem like a lot, but either no one with January priority dates in here has updated their timelines with approvals or there are fewer repeat users here and there than I would expect. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Either way,  every time I see an approval it gives me hope we're soon!

My PD is 13 Jan 2022 and says there aren't enough similar cases to give an estimate. I'm guessing that's based on our country though. So frustrating.

I hope we aren't far off! It's almost 10.5 months which is average. 🤞🏽

My PD is 1/12/22 California center, and my VJ timeline says I should hear from them by January 23. I wouldn’t mind a year wait but I do mind seen April- June approval from other service centers

I completely agree with you. USCIS should have some automated system to review applications as per the PD and transferring the applications among service centres based on the load.
First all 2021 applications at all centres should have approved. This is kind of injustice.
They gotta realise it is so so disheartening and stressful for us.

Just hoping to hear something soon.

We are still waiting. Submitted 3 Jan (Vermont) but USCIS still says "Your case is taking longer than expected to process". VJ estimate is between Dec and Feb but has been jumping back and forth a lot. Hope "any day" turns out to be true for you guys, please report back so that we others know how good the overall estimates are.

Mine is same PD 2nd Jan 2022. USCIS processing time is “Your case is taking longer than expected to process".

VJ estimate is between 19 Dec and 3 Feb but a few days back it was “any day”. I am neither relying on USCIS timeline nor VJ.

If you press the "any day now" in your email, does it actually take you to your timeline? Because my last 2 emails have said that but take me to other people's profiles. Then on mine it says there are not enough similar cases to predict a timeline.

Yeah it redirects me to my timeline only. I am not sure if there is a technical issue you are facing or what. Sorry
