I just found one approval with PD August 2022 from California Service centre. How mean is that..

Are there any January filer approvals from California SC that did not submit a K3?

 

My VJ estimate has changed to mid-end Feb now. PD 13 Jan. Was hoping we would get a nice Xmas present but I'm not seeing much going on.

My PD is Jan 2 and I did file a K3 on 28th April. I was expecting a new years blast too but it doesn’t seems to be coming true.. hoping for our approvals soon

My PD is January 12, 22. For my peace of mind I’m not expecting anything until February-march at least. I was very anxious and fixated on the dates so I decided to lower my expectations.

Nope nothing 😕 my pd is Jan 15 and my estimated time is also showing mid of February which is so upsetting since a few weeks ago it said “any day now”… what is California doing

I see there is an approval from December in VJ from California so maybe we are getting closer 🤞🏽

My VJ email today said any day now. Log in shows between now and 15 January.

Any Jan 2022 approvals recently?? I just saw 2 approvals from California service centre on lawfully. One PD was May 2022 and another PD was August 2022.. this is so frustrating..

that’s how I feel too. My PD is 1/12/22. They just do as they please. Nothing against those approval , lucky them , but hating the system.

That's so frustrating. I saw one approval recently for December at California and on lawfully it says December approvals have increased so it may mean we aren't far away. 

 

I'm so over it. My husband is on his way home from a deployment and it makes me sick that I can't be there when he gets home.

I agree, I am also not against those people getting approved. But the system should be fair to everyone.

I applied for my wife & daughter January 26th 2022. 1st of February 2022 I saw update to actively reviewed in both files in USCIS sites, since then no update till now. It’s very frustrating. It’s close to 12 months now I am still waiting. USCIS Centre is Nebraska. I didn’t see any update of transfer the cases to other Centre. So I guess both files are still in Nebraska  Centre .

Assuming you are a US Citizen, try filing an I-129F for a K-3 visa.  You probably won't get a K-3 visa but it may speed up the I-130.  Although, I usually only see it work if submitted quickly after the I-130 but it's worth a shot.

Well I applied for 2 persons , my wife & daughter together. K3 probably just for wife I guess. I need both of them to come together. My cases r in Nebraska center. I don’t think cases been transferred to other center, because I never got any messages . Nebaraska center is taking 10.5 months right now for I-130 cases. My cases just passed 11.5 months. Waiting………
