  1. It's looking like no CR1/IR1 interviews were sent from the DR embassy in June.... Did anyone get an interview left this month?
  2. CR1/IR1 Interviews scheduled in May should be coming out any day, so keep us posted anyone who gets one 😀
  3. The documents are in a dropdown menu labeled "sections" in the USCIS account that defaults to show case status, but I'm not sure it's in the online account for all application types. IR1/CR1 has it.
  4. Of the random case numbers I added to my case tracker app, 5 of them updated today with RFE sent. They should be all on or about priority date 01/18/22. If your PD is around then, check your notices in your online accounts....
  5. Since the 3rd was Friday, maybe your approval notice will show up in your account tomorrow 🤞🏻
  6. It's called case tracker for USCIS. I added 25 case numbers immediately preceding mine and 10 case numbers after mine so I could watch those too. It shows you what the petition type is, which is cool since entering random numbers does not guarantee they are the same kind of petition.
  7. I use another case tracker app and added a bunch of random case #s to it to try to have an idea when my case will be approved.... 3 cases just went under 2nd active review about 45 minutes ago. Priority date was on or around 01/18/22 , so hopefully at least 1 or 2 of those cases belong to some of you! 🤞🏻
  8. In the lawfully app 6 cases with priority dates Jan 4 - Feb 1 2022 have been approved in the last 30 days. It doesn't seem like a lot, but either no one with January priority dates in here has updated their timelines with approvals or there are fewer repeat users here and there than I would expect. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Either way, every time I see an approval it gives me hope we're soon!
  9. I have been paying the subscription there every 3 months to track cases. I don't remember what you can see without the subscription, but I love going in there to see the status of the other cases and estimated times. Been waiting for months to start seeing consistent approvals on the I130 or denial of any of the K3s.....
  10. Of course! I created a similar post in the lawfully app and there's someone there with "1 week" in their online account with 01/12/22 PD at CSC.... they said they'll keep us posted 🤞🏻
  11. It looks like anyone with a priority date in 2021 is getting the "your case is taking longer than expected to process. You do not need to take any action at this time." My PD is 01/18/22 at CSC The first time I noticed the new feature was on Saturday October 1st and it said 4 weeks. It apparently updates on Sundays, because on October 2nd it said 3 weeks until yesterday and today it now says 2 weeks. I'm sure it doesn't actually mean my case will be processed in 2 weeks, but will be interested to see if it is accurate for anyone.
  12. Since those of us following this thread are in theory all processing at CSC, wondering if we can compare notes on the new processing time tab in the online account. My PD is 01/18/22 and my online account currently shows 3 weeks. 10.5 months would be early December, so I would have expected the estimate to be longer. I submitted a K3 in March, but it looks like California doesn't respond to K3 submissions like some of the other service centers do. Obviously we know the new processing time data probably doesn't actually mean our cases will be approved by then, but curious to know what others are seeing and if by chance some actually DO get processed according to the estimate.
  13. Mine says 4 weeks.... although I'd like to be excited about it, it's probably too good to be true. But here's to hoping! 🙏
  14. I have been waiting for NVC to cancel for so long, "returned to USCIS" just wasn't the response I was expecting I guess. Makes sense. But we are expecting the extra scrutiny... he's known since day 1 so we should be fine.
  15. When a petition is approved with USCIS and withdrawn at NVC, is it normal for them to send it back to USCIS rather than just canceling it? Long story short, I was in a brief relationship and submitted a fiance petition in early 2021. Things didn't work out, and a few months later I met another man, who is now my husband. Our I130 (CR1) was filed in January 2022. I submitted a withdrawal request for the 129F last year as soon as my case was created and I could get the case number, and months before I married my husband. NVC finally processed the withdrawal request last week, and the letter I received states the case was returned to USCIS. Since my I130 is still pending, will the return of the 129F (all processed or processing in CSC) negatively affect the I130, or could I get lucky and it forces them to look at my current petition while doing something with the withdrawn petition? Or did it go back to USCIS because NVC can see I have something else in progress? I'm guessing this is not a frequent situation, but has anyone else come across this?
