On VJ the most common route is through marriage.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

What is her country of origin?

People cannot just move to the US, they need to be petitioned either via family (most common), or by a potential employer (a complex process).

I live here together with my husband just wondering if that would help the case.Or it will still be 13 year waiting process given the fact she will be getting her citizenship soon ?

There is no way around the wait time for visas for siblings.  Why would getting Swedish citizenship make a difference there?

Things are hard in Sweden especially as immigrate and job opportunities are hard. She working with people from Uk,France,Jamaica  etc with PhD  diplomas in restaurants cause they can't find jobs around what they studied 4 in school life in Europe is not easy.

That may be the case, but it does not seem that she has a path to immigrate to the US any time soon.  Are you a USC?

Okay, so you  may know that once you have your citizenship, you can petition her.  From the time of filing the petition, expect it to realistically take 15-20 years for a visa to become available.

there are two routes for her

1) first you need to becomes US citizen. than you can file for her green card in sibling category. it will be 10-15 year wait time

2) she can find an employer who will file for a work visa.  Typical types are H1b or L1 visa category. once she comes to US and starts working for her employer, the employer can file green card for her in employment category.

its either route 1 or 2

duh
