None just based on that information

You have to wait until you are a US citizen.

Hi, I am Green card holder in USA i want to bring my father and my brother ( who is handicap Deaf dumb). In this regard i need some guideness which visa category would be suitable and what documents required for process. Thank you and appreciated your kind response

Green Card holders do not qualify to petition parents or siblings.  Once you become a citizen, you can petition them.  However, they both will require separate petitions.  They will not be able to immigrate together as a single case.  Sibling cases are taking around 14 years to immigrate.

Do you mean that they'll visit you in the US, then go back to their home country after their trip?  If so, the visa category for that would be B2 visitor visa.  There will be no documents required from you (the GC holder) for your family members' B2 visa application.  They will need to apply based on their own merits and ties to home country.

If you mean bringing your family members to live in the US, then there's no visa category for that until you become a US citizen, as others have mentioned.

Last posts u said u wanted both parents to visit / they can apply on their own merit but as said from your country Pakistan it is not easy to even get a tourist visa

and they can not AOS to stay in USA as u are just a LPR not a citizen yet if they were to get a tourist visa

Have them apply for tourist   /  hope they are able to come and see if they even are comfortable here

Understand that even those who come here to live,  and are well versed in our American type of English write on VJ of homesickness

as they have left family and friends back in their country

Leaving everything u know is not easy and especially difficult for older members of ANY family

it AIN'T  easy to make this change and even more difficult if a person has hearing problems

At this point i would find someone in Pakistan that can commuicate with your dad and teach him to write English with the hopes that after u go thru  naturalization ,  u could apply and he could write answers

understand what will be needed for dad to interview
