u say there is a big age gap and this is what u must overcome to show the relationship is real

it will be up to the CO to deny or approve

but if you go thru a denial , u may have to do what i did

spend as much time together and reapply

none of us know what will happen in your case /we just don't know / the CO must follow guidelines

did they keep your passport or ask u to send it to the embassy?

did they ask u to send any additional documents?

did u have to fill out the ds 5535?

No they dont ask me for anything they just give me form 221g and put me in AP . Well i wanted to know for example if my case is deny and i transfer to another country like whatever so i can reapply from there ? They will conduct my interview from that embassy where i am living or i have to come back to Pakistan for interview?

Big  age difference  ,different  culture,  different  religion  are big red flags  .i never saw  a marriage happening  in pakistan  with this much of a age difference. To co its simply  looks greencard  marriage.  You have to come up with lots of proofs .but chances  of you getting  visa  from pakistan are next to none.

The USC applies not the beneficary

and changing countries will not change the outcome

USC can reapply and if u are a legal resident of another country,  interview there but still there will be the same Pakistan background checks with same AP and same issues

and it can appear as visa shopping

You will not get a different outcome by interviewing at a different consulate.

I heard they don’t interview everyone like that so its a positive sign because they are double checking everything like if the marriage is real

It's a good sing

Instead of creating a new thread about the same case, post your questions in this existing thread so other members can more easily review relevant details about your case.
