Hello guys,

please what does k1 visa refusal an administrative processing mean for the applicant on the basis that the consular officer claims pictures presented looks staged?

Was it denied?  AP doesn’t always mean denied.

Sounds like they question the legitimacy of the relationship, and as such intend to deny the visa.

They are required to do that for visa applications that appear to be solely for obtaining an immigrant benefit.

If you could expand on your details, you will get more concrete answers here.

Was this a verbal remark or written as part of a denial?  In itself, it shouldn't mean much if it was a verbal remark.
