  1. Hello everyone, updating you all about my case. I did an enquiry with USCIS about my I-751 cos it’s 5 months since the interview with no update and my N400 still remains cancelled. Last I spoke to USCIS Tier 1 agent, she said my N400 is eligible for rescheduling. below is the email from USCIS. 2. Oh thank you so much. This makes me feel better
  3. Hello everyone, On my expired immigrant visa, the officer marked it and wrote CWOP ( Cancelled without Prejudice). My I-751 case is still pending after interview, I’m still waiting for the N400 to be rescheduled. Please someone explain to me why it was marked CWOP (Cancelled without Prejudice)
  4. Wasn’t denied at first at interview, was asked to submit joint sponsor and after about 3-4 months case was returned to USCIS so we married and filed Spousal which was approved at the embassy. My case was expedited at USCIS and NVC.
  5. Good morning, I also forgot to mention that the officer did this to my visa page. Anyone know why?
  6. Please can someone explain why the officer marked my visa page with red pen and wrote something on it like a signature.
  7. Yes he also asked me “did you file k1 petition”? We said yes but we were denied so we married and filed spousal.
  8. He just said he wanted to review my immigration history and they will let me know if they need anything from me.
  9. This is my very first visa. I was denied K1 and then we did the spousal visa. I’ll let you all know how it goes. thanks a lot 🙏
  10. But I thought i would do a combo interview? And why did he say he wanted to review my immigration history cos I came in with a marriage visa. He also asked if I had an EAD before, I told him no. I came in with an immigrant visa
  11. Hello Everyone, I'm reaching out for your assistance with an urgent matter regarding my naturalization interview with USCIS. I had a combo interview for my N-400 and I-751 today, but the officer interviewed myself and my wife and didn't proceed with my naturalization interview. At the end of the interview officer said he needs to review my immigration history and if they need something they will get back to me. Isn’t he suppose to perform the naturalization interview as well? Please have this happened before? I came in with Marriage Visa btw.
