1. No.   Proof of time together is the most important

2.  To show taxes,  if would have to be after you file next years taxes (to show the tax return transcript),  At some point at the NVC and/or Embassy they will ask for proof of what you have earning (your current income),  you would show your most current pay stub for that.

3.  The i-130a is only if you need a joint sponsor who is married (in which case the spouse of the joint sponsor should fill out the i-130a.

4.  No, leave you can leave that field empty

5.  Recommend reading the form and the instructions for the form very carefully.     The beneficiary is not in the USA, they are in DR, You should leave that field empty and put the consulate for that IV interviews for DR.

2.  you file taxes at end of the year for all jobs / it is not per job but per year

for spirng 2022 ,  it will be 2021 income

4.   that is for those coming on K1 and doing AOS here in the states / leave blank

Please do a timeline even if you have not yet sent the forms in/  you know this will be a a CR 1 and u know the date married / that is a start for the timeline

it will take 18 to 24 months to get to the interview stage

so,  apply when u are comfortable with the new job and when u make enough to satisfy the income requirements

we don't know your circumstances

if you're working now?  why not apply / changing jobs  doesn't hurt the process

and have worked and filed taxes?/ if so,  go for it

and just changing jobs?/  not an issue

make sure the new subcontractor gives u the 1099 to file taxes each year

No,  as I said,  if you have to use a joint sponsor,  that joint sponsor (if married) should file the i-130a.

This is incorrect.  I-130a is for immigrant spouse.  You are thinking of the I-864a.

Oh ok. Because I didn’t file taxes this year because I wasn’t working last year. Guess I’ll have to wait. Thank you

You do NOT have to wait to file the I-130 and I-130a.  Financial documents are not required until 8 to 12 months AFTER filing the petition.  The will BE next year, so no problem.  You are encouraged to read not only the applicable GUIDE, but also download the applicable forms AND their instructions.  Become an A-Student of those instructions.  Doing so is critical to your ultimate success.  If you don't read the forms and instructions, you won't know what you don't know, so won't know what questions to ask.

on the I-130 form

I recommend online filing: https://www.uscis.gov/i-130 It's the blue "File Online" button

The I-130A will have his info but he doesn't need to sign it:

Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary (I-130A)

If you are filing for your spouse, he or she must complete and sign Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary (I-130A). If your spouse is overseas, the I-130A must still be completed, but your spouse does not have to sign the I-130A.
