    Ok. That’s not what I’m saying. I’m saying you can’t mail him anything where he lives unless you use a mail forwarding company! There’s literally no mailmen to even come to his house. So yeah that’s why I was confused. But I put his address down.

    For part 2, the mailing address of immigrant… can I put my address down instead of his? He lives in a country where there’s no mailboxes.

    Ok and the joint sponsor says that he only has to sign the i-864 but I have to fill everything else on the i-864 is this true? Or do me & the joint sponsor have to fill out two separate i-864 forms?

    For our joint sponsor; Can he fill out the form & sign it, take photos of each page and have us upload it as a pdf to nvc website? Or do you physically send the form to nvc?

    Ok thank you! The joint sponsor lives with his siblings and mom, does that count as his household? Even if he isn’t financially responsible for them

    My best friend says she wants to help sponsor the beneficiary but she doesn’t know if it will stop her from sponsoring her boyfriend in the future. Can joint sponsors sponsor more than one person? She’s an American citizen like I am

    I’m the petitioner and we need a joint sponsor. Yes I’m a us citizen born and raised, the JOINT sponsor only been here for 2 1/2 years. He has his green card

    1. How many tax returns does your joint sponsor have to show that is actually required? 2. When do you have to schedule VAC? We’re still doing the affidavit of support and have to pay the fee. I’m guessing you do the VAC right after you submit

    We just got approved by uscis, I’m pregnant and expected to give birth in April, idk if I’ll have my baby’s passport by then if he get an interview by April. My question is can he be denied if I don’t come? And if we can schedule an interview 2 months after to ensure my baby has his passport if we do need to fly there?

    just received this email yesterday, but my i-824 hasn’t been updated. I shouldn’t worry about the i-824 since the case has been sent to nvc now?

    Asking for a friend. He did not respond in time so they suspended his case. He’s divorced now. Could this cause a future denial???

    I’m the petitioner. They received it in January

    I didn’t put the country where he’s applying for his visa from on the i-130 so while it’s “approved”, I’m still waiting for uscis to correct the mistake on the i-824 and send it to nvc. part 6a on the i-824 is the applicant signature. i’m expediting for financial and medical reasons

    I tried calling them a month or 2 ago to expedite my case and they said I’m not the applicant. I remember putting my name on the application on part 6a. Now I don’t know how I’m going to be able to expedite my case, it’s been 9 months since I sent this paper to uscis. Every time I try online they tell me to call uscis. It seems like I’m getting no where with them. What to do now?
