Aw, bummer.  Hope it moves along quickly!

Thank you. The USCIS Processing Time page says processing time for I-130 at California center is much longer than at  Nebraska center. But VJ processing times show better at California center so I am being optimistic about this transfer😄

How are you guys using ask emma to get case location? I can't get her to tell me anything.

I asked a few longer questions until the automated system got confused and transferred me to a live agent, who was able to answer my question. Not sure if there's a better way.

Hello there, I submitted my I-130 application on 10/14/2021 and it is at the Texas Service Center. I also my I-129F application for K-3 visa with receipt notice 11/01/2021 which is also being processed in Texas. In Texas, estimated time is 10 - 13 months for I-130 and 4.5 - 7 months for K-3.

I heard people saying that their application was processed in 2 to 4 months when they also submitted the K-3 petition. There is no data to prove that, but I submitted both applications, we never know!

our case (I-130 for IR-1/CR-1) was approved in 70 days in Texas, we filled I-129F (for K3) 10 days after NOA1 for I-130.

I'm not saying it helped or not, just stating what happened.

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
01/12/2016: NOA1

We filled mine on the 15th of October, got the receipt on the same day and on the 26th of October we got our NOA1 "Case is Actively Being Reviewed" at California Center.

This is giving me anxiety attacks sometimes, and can't stop checking the case every day.

Hope all goes well and fast, for us all on the same boat.
