    Hello Everyone, I filed for my wife last year in October. Our date is October 14, 2021 and we are waiting to inquire on November 16th since that's the earliest they allow us.     Hello Everyone, has any of the September filers have done an inquiry and if so, what were the results of the inquiry. We filed on October 14, 2021 and our application is in the hands of the California Service Center which seems it's the slowest in the country. We are hoping we get good news soon. ReiChing

    Hello Everyone, I filed the I-130 for my wife in October 2021 and have not heard anything. Has any October filers been notified? If so, please let us Know. We are in the California Service Center. Let us know your experience. Thank you.

    We applied on October 14, 2021 and we haven’t heard anything yet. I’m hoping we hear something soon. The waiting game is really frustrating. Originally the application was in Texas and it got transferred to the California center.
