    Yea I know...i keep trying to tell.myself think of everyone else who is not using visa journey and lawfully wait if they got approvals. Im not really worried about the uscis stage but really the nvc stage Kingston embassy in Jamaica is slow with people waiting a year to have an interview.

    Yea its a long wait. Their pd date 9/8\2021 no problem they are moving it is slow...expect a 12 month wait 😭

    Yea i am 303 days. Im hoping for something in September. And the 6months i130 filing sounds like a load of lol.

    I am October 29 2021...i have not heard anything as of yet, but today visa journey set my approval as any day now. Who knows how accurate that is😑...hopefully it proves me wrong. From what im seeing its at the beginning of September but stoped? I dont think there were a lot of September filers in california. I really want to get to the nvc stage 😭

    Im a October filer 2021. I dont if anyone is also on the lawfully site as well but, I just seen someone approved pd. September 10 2021. Cali center. Hope this helps someone get a better idea of where they are at.

    Does anyone have experience with nvc and expediting. Im going to get fmla at my job due to my medical issue...i dont have any surgeries. But can i get an expedite due to my fmla and doctors note/ medications as evidence?

    Thanks it has...i updated my address online on my account and got a email saying by june 17 I will.have a update....but still.waiting since October 29 2021 csc
