My window opens on the 18th and I plan on doing so. Already started sending evidence to my lawyer

My husband's filing date opens in a couple of weeks. We've already filled out the online form and uploaded some documents.

Everything is possible. It can slow down, speed up or have no effect. I don't think anybody knows for sure.

I am happy to announce that I got my conditions removed and my new Green Card in the mail. MSC office with a divorce waiver.

 

It's extremely surprising as, firstly, I applied with a divorce waiver and got no interview. I fully expected to have to do one and when I was opening the letter this morning I was dreading seeing the day I would have to go to some USCIS office. But it said I was approved and at my front door was another envelope that I missed which had the card in it.
